Admission Procedure

  • For taking admission one test will be given. Based on that result, candidates will be selected.
  • For admission, a transfer certificate (original copy), photocopies of birth certificate and school progress card must be submitted.
  • At the time of admission to the hostel, students and parents will have to bring xerox copies of their Aadhaar card and passport size photograph (four copies) of the students and passport size photograph (four copies) of the parents. Contact the office to know details.

N.B- Special opportunities and facilities are available for underprivileged, meritorious, and orphan students. Those meritorious students who are unable to afford education due to financial constraints must contact the school.

Rules & Regulations

  • At the time of admission, the full amount of Admission Fees and one month’s hostel charge must be paid.
  • Admission fees is not refundable.
  • Hostel charges must be paid every month, and payment must be made by the 10th of the following month. Otherwise, a late fine will be imposed.
  • On holidays, parents will definitely have to attend school and take their children.
  • Every student must be present at the school on the day following the end of the holiday/vacation. Otherwise, a late fine will be imposed.
  • On the opening day of school, students must report to the office after being present.
  • Calling students on Saturdays is not permitted.
  • Parents must attend Guardian Meetings.
  • Parents/guardians should not allow any student other than their own child to use the phone in the school campus.
  • The decisions of the authorities regarding students’ education, examinations, class progress, conduct and other matters are final.
  • Parents are not allowed to enter the campus except on scheduled days. If necessary, permission will have to be taken by contacting by phone.
  • Leave application will not be entertained without valid reasons.
  • No parent or guardian will be allowed to enter the school premises without an identity card.
  • If a student wishes to withdraw from school during the academic year, a written application must be submitted to the authorities one month in advance. The school authorities will make the final decision.
  • Each student must carry the ID card.
  • Non-resident students must report 15 minutes before the start of class.
  • Attendance of 90% of total working days is mandatory.
  • In case of absence without illness, leave certificate signed by the guardian along with fine of Rs 5/10/20/40 per day will have to be submitted.
  • If any indiscipline or misconduct is detected, student will be rusticated.
  • Parents will be penalized for any damage caused to school property.

N.B-  Arrangements for morning meal, lunch, evening tiffin and free tuition in the morning and evening and sports in the afternoon are made for the non-resident students.

Uniform

Each student (resident & non-resident) must collect the school dress at his own responsibility. Badge, diary, identity card should be collected from the school by paying the prescribed fee.
